2. Performance Disclaimer SEO is a long-term strategy. [Your Agency Name] does not guarantee specific rankings or “Position #1” results within a specific timeframe. Search rankings fluctuate based on competition, algorithm updates, and existing site history.
3. Client Responsibilities For Site Audits and Speed Optimization, the Client must provide necessary administrative access to the website. Delay in providing access may result in a delay in service delivery.
4. Payment & Cancellations Services are billed on a [Monthly/Project] basis. Cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Fees for work already performed (such as published backlinks or completed audits) are non-refundable.
